What is Channel Sales Talent?
A program offering designed to assist companies recruit talent for mission-critical channel sales positions. When we’re not actively identifying and recruiting individuals for a specific position, we’re keeping our ears to the ground—keeping in touch with our network of talent, staying up to date on trends in the industry and ensuring we maintain our exclusive position atop the talent acquisition segment of the channel.

Who are Channel Sales Talent’s Customers?
IT manufacturers—vendors in storage, security, networking, personal computing and mobility. Our primary client contacts range from channel sales management and channel executives to senior human resources management and client-side staffing departments.

What about confidentiality?
Channel Sales Talent is committed to providing strict confidentiality to both clients and candidates in our network. We do not share access or license our database to any third party. We also have a strictly enforced policy of not sharing personal information or resumes with clients without express confirmation that the candidate is interested in a particular position. Finally, our network is closed—we do not connect talent within our network; nor do we disclose, under any circumstances, knowledge we have of you or your peers.

How is Channel Sales Talent different than “headhunters” or recruiters I’ve talked to in the past?
We're different in our approach. By focusing our attention within one critical segment of the market, we truly understand our clients’ business as well as the intricacies of the IT Channel. We are also selective in the companies we have as clients. This produces a higher level of service, stronger relationships and better results.

What is the Channel Sales Talent Business Model?
Channel Sales Talent is a solution used exclusively by client companies to fill critical sales positions. We do not license or offer access to our proprietary network and we do not charge or accept payment of any kind from candidate members of the Channel Sales Talent network.

If you are a hiring company, you will work with the Channel Sales Talent Practice Lead to define your requirements, develop a job description and outline the customized search strategy to best suit your needs.

If you are a candidate or job seeker, your Channel Sales Talent contact will be assigned based on your geographic location and your area of expertise. He or she will always be available to discuss your career goals and to provide assistance with your search.
