Your privacy is very important to us. You can visit ChannelSalesTalent.com without revealing personal information. Channel Sales Talent does log and track IP addresses. This tells us what parts of our site are visited most, and how long visitors spent browsing. However, we do not link an IP address with anything that can act as a personal identifier. Therefore, while a user's session is tracked, the user remains anonymous. Channel Sales Talent only receives personal information through contact or information request forms that you voluntarily submit.
RESUME POLICY
Individuals with an interest in joining the Channel Sales Talent network have the option of confidentially providing our recruiters a resume and relevant career experience for inclusion in our database. This includes, but is not limited to, personal information, preferences, locations, skills, experiences and education. Channel Sales Talent manages and maintains this information on a secure and confidential platform. Potential employers or anyone outside Channel Sales Talent/Valletta Ritson & Co cannot access this information. As our firm is engaged by client companies to fill a position, Channel Sales Talent will notify candidates of those job opportunities that match their background and experience and as well those that align with candidate’s preferred career goals. As a candidate, you have the option to pursue a position and have resume shared with potential employer by us or decline.
RESUME FORMATTING & UPDATES
Channel Sales Talent’s database is capable of storing resumes in multiple formats. Our preference is to receive resumes in MS Word, RTF or pdf format. Because resumes change over time and we aim to provide the most up to date data to potential employers, our recruiters will require updated resumes when resume on hand is determined to be outdated or where current employment status has changed.
We encourage all members of the Channel Sales Talent network to periodically update their resumes and keep our information current.
